What happens if you change your mind?

Because our paid products are digital resources, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once the files have been delivered or accessed.

That does not remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee that applies to it, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

Something is wrong with the file?

Tell us what happened at hello@the-hormonal-dispatch.com. Include your order reference and a short description of the problem. We will troubleshoot the file or delivery first.

Workplace Toolkit

The Workplace Toolkit is licensed to one employing entity. If your organisation bought the wrong licence or needs a different scope, contact us before distributing the resources internally.

Pre-orders

If a future product is explicitly sold as a pre-order, its product page will state the expected release date and the cancellation or refund terms applying to that offer.
