Delivery Policy
Buy it. Find it. Use it.
Our products are digital. No parcel van required. The important part is making delivery predictable.
How It Works
Stripe confirms payment first.
Checkout is handled through Stripe. After successful payment, the customer is returned to the Dispatch confirmation flow and the digital fulfilment process begins.
What you receive
Each product page states the files and licence included. The Workplace Toolkit includes its employer resources. Consumer products include the stated printable and fillable PDF resources.
If the email does not arrive
Check spam and promotions folders first. If you still cannot locate your purchase, email hello@the-hormonal-dispatch.com with your order reference.
Why we state this clearly
We are manually fulfilling the current digital catalogue while the automated delivery system is being finalised. We will update this policy when instant automated delivery is genuinely live.
